OPERATIONS & SCOPE

ACE operational structure is designed to ensure that our goals and objective as an organization that aligned itself to alleviating functional problems in Africa is matched with an effective operational logistics and strategies that will not only produce an excellent result-oriented solutions, but also that will provide the much needed allow dimensional contribution and participation at all levels of projects and program identification, planning, executing, implementation and maintenance.

It is based on this philosophy that we have structure our operations to provide direct linkage with the locations in different countries and operational base in United States to facilitate effective networking system.

Our strategy is therefore focuses on network based system that allows that country based locations to be involved in all aspects of our operations, projects, programs and consultancy.

This is instructive to state that we are utilizing the power of information technology to facilitate an effective cost saving approve to achieve this objective.

Presently our world Headquarters is located in New Jersey, United States with stat elite location in Washington DC. The World Headquarters is the arrowhead base of our worldwide operational services, which currently is primarily focused on West Africa. We have established offices in the Federal Capital of all countries where we presently operate from, with plans for open more operational bases in other parts of Africa.

COUNTRY OPERATIONAL STRUCTURES:

ACE operational strategies are designed to provide direct linkage with the local territory and country where our operational activities have been established. This is practically to ensure an effective dispensation and management of our projects and program and to ensure much required trickling down effect in out project implementation.

At ACE, we premised our mission statement on fostering and developing a formula that will assist our International headquarters in the United States to organize, co-ordinate and harness resources from around the various global development funding sources for projects implementation in Africa through direct communication with the gross root and the operational presence in those countries.

This has been identified as the major bane militating the movement of necessary resources towards Africa economies. Our goal to bridge this gap and provide the platform for Africa economies to harness and acquire access to development funding and grants for projects, program, and developmental activities remains our central focal goal.

ACE Country operational strategies have been designed therefore to differentiate it from the other developmental consulting outfit.

Our Country Directors are assigned to spearhead the direct management of our operations in various countries we currently operate from. They are well equipped and adequately knowledgeable professionals and competent to carry out the most technical management of any type of project, program or activities that may be on-going in their territory.

They are equally equipped and staffed to make comprehensive onsite project management operations. This is our organization’s visible strength in ensuring that our assigned projects and programs are well researched, adequately planned, technically designed & structured and  perfectly implemented.

These are the two of our professional consultants with relevant professional experiences and background ranging from Financial & Banking; IT & High-Tech Expert; Enginerring and Construction Expert; Health COnsultants & Social Worker; Rural & Agricultural Experts; educational and industrialist consultants and other consultants in various other specialized fields.

Our US Based professional are basically individually professionals of African descent and with knowledge of the region combined with other professionals based in the USA.

Our Consultants currently possessed an average of over 12 years ecperience in consulting and project management in thier repective fields both in Africa, USA and other parts of the World.

We invested in attracting qualified and experineced consultants based in Africa to manage our operations and projects through direct supervising and co-ordination from the US Headquarters.
