OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES -Projects & Funding

ACE utilized the following combined tools and strategies to effectively identify, research, plan, implement, execute and provide sustainability for various projects and programs we are directly engaged in principally African countries where we currently operates.

The operational strategies that we adopt currently includes direct acquisition of projects & programs and obtaining sub-contracting opportunities for African region.

1  Research and Network at the local (country level) for potential projects or program that with be presented to our office in United States to enable us package the proposal for matching funding sources. With this method, Our Country Directorate are expected to work independently with the local organizations, groups, private and public sectors to identify specific project or program that will require external funding or resources.

 2  The second method involves our organization obtaining direct project or program already earmarked for execution in various countries. In this instant, we would approach the funding Agency and obtain necessary approval for the scheduled project. We would instantly contact our Local Country Directorate as our local representative to jumpstart the process of securing the funding and commence preparation as may be required.

3  The third approach involve direct linkage- award of projects or programs and specific sub-contracting or partnership arrangement with other reputable International Consulting organizations (especially with no base in the African region) to our organization based on our track records of past achievement and capacity to perform. There are several opportunities in this aspect hence we intend to maintain track record of excellence and performance to enable us gain goodwill to attract direct award of projects, contracts and program for execution by our organization.

ACE is directly engaged in  strategic participation in programs and projects that will serve to correct all vagaries of anormalies associated with planning and executing projects and program that has been funded by major bilateral and multilateral institutions through defective implementation strategies and inability of the consultants and contractors to effectively understand enviroment and the mentality of the communities.

Our operational focus and strategies has been to effectively utilize our direct knowledge and understanding of the localities and the language and through established local directorate offices, assist to make the most efficient, transparent and direct linkage and result oriented approaches to obtaining, planning, and executing projects and programs in all areas and sectors of the continent we have been assigned projects.

Our organization is avidly committed to executing and producing results that bears meaningful development to the region and implement strategies that will completely re engineer the current approach by other organizations to generate and maintain much needed feasible and transparent development in the region.

This also allows us to provide an effective tool to the organizations funding specific projects to utilize a crop of professional consultants that are based outside Africa but are directly connected and understands the typology of the African communities, an impetus that is extremely significance in the succes of any project or program designed and earmarked for the region by any funding or donor organization.
